1. About Willkeep

Willkeep is an educational organisation providing seminars, workshops, and information programmes on personal record organisation and family-business continuity planning. We operate from 189 Rama IX Road, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310. Our services are purely educational and administrative in nature. Nothing we provide constitutes professional advice of any kind — including financial, legal, or accounting advice.

2. Nature of Our Services

All programmes, materials, and information provided by Willkeep are intended solely for general educational and organisational purposes. We:

• Do not provide individual advice on personal, financial, or family circumstances
• Do not act as agents, advisers, or representatives on behalf of participants
• Do not make recommendations regarding specific courses of action for any participant
• Do not make predictions or give assurances regarding outcomes of any kind

Participants are encouraged to seek the guidance of qualified professionals in any regulated area — including but not limited to law, accountancy, or financial planning — where their individual circumstances require it.

3. Eligibility

Our website and programmes are intended for adults aged 18 and over residing or working in Thailand. By registering for a programme or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Our Family-Business Continuity Information Programme is offered on a business-to-business basis and is intended for registered organisations and their representatives.

4. Programme Registration and Fees

Fees for each programme are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all materials described in the programme listing. Fees must be paid in full prior to attendance. Current programme fees are as follows:

• Estate-Organisation Orientation: ฿4,080 per person
• Records & Document Cataloguing Workshop: ฿6,460 per person
• Family-Business Continuity Information Programme: ฿11,900 per organisation

Willkeep reserves the right to adjust programme fees. Any changes will be communicated before registration is confirmed. Registration is complete only upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from Willkeep.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. The following terms apply to cancellations:

• More than 14 days before the programme date: Full refund minus any bank transfer charges.
• 7 to 14 days before the programme date: 50% refund of the programme fee.
• Fewer than 7 days before the programme date: No refund. A credit may be issued for a future programme at Willkeep's discretion.

If Willkeep cancels or reschedules a programme for any reason, registered participants will be offered a full refund or a place on the rescheduled date, at their choice. Willkeep will not be liable for any incidental costs (such as travel or accommodation) arising from a cancellation or rescheduling on our part.

6. Programme Materials

Materials provided as part of a programme — including checklists, inventory templates, and facilitation guides — are supplied for the personal or internal organisational use of the registered participant. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission from Willkeep. All intellectual property in Willkeep materials remains the property of Willkeep.

7. Conduct at Programmes

Willkeep is committed to providing a calm and respectful environment. All participants are expected to treat facilitators and other participants with courtesy. Willkeep reserves the right to ask any individual to leave a programme if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful, without refund of fees.

8. Website Use

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or scrape website content without our written consent
• Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
• Attempt to gain access to restricted areas of the website or our systems
• Submit false or misleading information through our contact forms

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any content on the site. Information on this website is subject to change without notice.

9. Third-Party Links

• Decisions made by you or your organisation following attendance at any programme
• Technical interruptions to this website or communications with us

Our programmes are educational. Any decisions you take as a result of attending are solely your own, and Willkeep accepts no responsibility for their outcomes.

11. Personal Data

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By using this website or registering for a programme, you acknowledge that your data will be handled as described in that policy, in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

12. Changes to These Terms

Willkeep may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our website or registration in a programme after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants in advance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
